03:Obtaining an Application

To apply for the program, you may work with a first mortgage lender of your choice upon approval by the City. Copies of Program Guidelines (which include application materials) can be obtained by contacting the Housing Division, or the Planning Counter in Room 111 at Santa Monica City Hall located at 1685 Main Street.
