ANALYSIS |
Affordable housing in a sustainable
city is dispersed throughout the community. Typical urban growth patterns result in a lack of affordable housing, concentrated poverty and limited access to jobs and community resources. In a sustainable
city, affordable housing is dispersed throughout the community to promote integration, share resources and provide a consistent level of service to every member of the community.
