Santa Monica Police Activities League (PAL) is a citywide program especially for kids. We offer free educational, cultural and athletic activities for boys and girls ages 6 to 17 who are Santa Monica residents or go to school in Santa Monica.

PAL is a unique community organization that fosters trust between youth and the men and women of the Santa Monica Police Department in a safe and nurturing environment.  Through outstanding educational, cultural, recreational, and outreach programs, PAL helps develop skills and self-esteem, encouraging youth to reach their full potential.

The PAL Youth Center is a drop-in recreation facility. Children have the right to come and go from the facility and PAL staff will not prevent children from leaving the facility.
