The Senior Center (SC) has an
enticing schedule filled with enrichment
activities, educational seminars, fitness and
active living opportunities, Emeritus College
classes, and seasonal events throughout the
entire year Programming includes modern and
ballroom dance, line dancing, chair assisted
yoga, guitar classes, health education, movies,
group exercise, improv classes, cultural arts
workshops, Bridge and Chess clubs, and more with
new activities being added throughout the year.
New this Fall and Winter are educational
workshops that focus on eating healthy, how to
stay independent, available services for seniors
with disabilities, and free and low cost
legal services for older adults.
Other services include the WISE &
Healthy Aging Senior
Nutrition Program, lunchtime talks focusing on health concerns such
as diabetes, nutrition, physical flexibility
and mobility, and information on City grant
funded programs and services. For more

The Senior Center is located in
Palisades Park and is open weekdays: 9:00 a.m. –
2:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00
p.m., with the exception of dances on the first
and third Mondays at 2:00 p.m. and BINGO every
Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.
